What's your cat’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Lucy doesn’t care about squeaky mice or feathers on a string. Her heart belongs to our puppy. He is her favorite toy and best friend. We love watching them roll around and chase each other. It’s our favorite part of the day.

What is your cat's most unique quality?

Lucy’s unique quality is sleeping like a diva one paw over her eyes, as if the lights are too bright and the world is too loud. She naps with attitude. She’s basically a furry celebrity, avoiding the paparazzi.

Why should your cat be America’s Favorite?

Lucy should be America’s favorite pet because she represents the simple comforting joy pets give us. She doesn’t need to perform tricks or bounce off the walls. She makes life better just by being herself with one paw over her eyes. She reminds us to slow down, breathe and find peace in the little moments. She brings love, laughter and calm into our home and that’s something everyone could use a little more of.
