She's obsessed with pine cones. She doesn't chew them but she'll carry them around the yard until she's ready to come inside. Then she drops it by the front door.
She can sense our mood and knows when something is wrong or we are upset. She'll come over and cuddle and let us know she's there.
She was rescued at 6 weeks after being abandoned. 2024 was THE hardest year for me. Lost our last of 3 dogs to cancer in JAN, tornado mid-March, rear-ended 2 weeks later, lost mom in APR to cancer, and the roller coaster just continued. In 2025, right after the 1 year anniversary of mom's death we took Luna home. She's been a great distraction to me and helped me heal. She has comforted me in some of my darkest days. She's smart, funny, sassy and an amazing dog.
