Mabel tolerates cat treats like dehydrated chicken, but her forbidden love is dairy-filled people treats like ice cream. Look away for one second and you’ll have a tiny paw scooping out of your bowl.
Tele-”paw”-thy. Mabel has an uncanny ability to predict what’s coming next. Her favorite game at 3 a.m. is “push and run”, which includes pushing something off our shelves, waiting until she thinks I will get out of bed to catch her (and knowing exactly when - that’s the key), and running under the bed out of sight. She has our patterns and movements down better than we do.
As you can see, Mabel is America’s most adorable one-striped-one-white pawed girl. But outside of melt-your-soul cuteness, Mabel has the biggest heart. No, literally. Mabel was born with an enlarged heart that sometimes slows her down a bit due to mild breathing complications, but that doesn’t stop her from stealing ours. She’s a human’s best companion and always knows exactly what we need.
