She even knows the word “fancy” and we can’t say it around her unless it’s actually treat time! As soon as I get home from work, she races to the pantry and sits with her slow-blinking, sweet, begging eyes until she gets it. Sometimes, she even works her magic and scores an extra fancy.
My cat’s most unique quality is how human-like she is. She loves being around people, insists on being included, and somehow knows when you’re talking to her. She responds in her own playful way, like she’s joining the conversation. With her big personality and nonstop social energy, she wins everyone over and turns them into cat people—basically a tiny person in a fluffy body.
Maizy should be America’s cat because she’s a little spark of joy everywhere she goes. She’s playful, full of personality, and loves being around people, turning every moment into fun. Even people who say they don’t like cats can’t resist her charm and sweet, affectionate ways. She cuddles when it’s cozy time but keeps life lively and happy the rest of the day. She’s not just a cat—she’s a friend to all, and she’s truly America’s cat.
