Learn MoreHis favourite toy would be anything throwable like a frisbee or ball, it doesn’t need to be flashy or big, even in the dark he will track down the toy and bring it right back to you. You think you tired him out? Nope he will be right back and sit at your feet waiting for you to throw it again.
His most unique quality I think is how tough he is and that he doesn’t quit. One night we were enjoying a camp fire and of course throwing the frisbee for this pup into the field. Well needless to say he played all night, and at bedtime he crashed. The next morning we wake up, let him out and realize there is blood on his bed. Milo gutted his chest open and part of a muscle on a corn stalk and did not whimper, he just wanted to play fetch. We of course brought him to the vet and he was fixed up.
This dog is smart, energetic, playful and truly a man’s best friend. If we are sad he will come up and give kisses and snuggles, if we are playing outside he will be right next to us with a ball in his mouth. He loves the outdoors, sun or snow it doesn’t matter to him. He smiles when we give him attention and deserves all the balls in the world so he can constantly play fetch and never have a dull moment. The real question is; ‘Why wouldn’t Milo be America’s favourite dog?’
