Miss Eleanor prefers people over other animals despite her history. Someone surrendered El as a found cat to my local shelter. She became moody after awhile. Animal Control decided it would be best to spay Eleanor, tip her ear, & adopt her out as a barn cat. No one knew until her spay that El was front declawed. So now El’s adoption options really narrowed. I had just lost my cat to cancer and thought El and I could help one another. The rest is history.
