His favorite toy is his gingerbread moose or one of his many lambchops (Halloween lamby specifically). He has a passionate love for cheese ... he would not learn "paw" for 3 years and then when the reward was a small piece of a cheese stick, he instantly became a "paw" master. He will be all the way down the hallway in another room and if he hears a cheese stick or cheese package open, you look down and he has somehow magically transported right next to you gazing at the cheese.
His facial expressions & animated personality. When people are talking, he truly looks like he is listening & is a part of the convo. His "eyebrows" move, his head tilts, he "deep sighs" at the exact right moments ... he is truly a human toddler in dog form. He loves Facetiming, & when he hears the ringing on the phone, he instantly perks up & stares right into the camera. Plus, his little nub of a tail wags so intensely that his whole booty wiggles.
No dog has ever fit "soul dog" so perfectly. Moose has never met a human he didn't like. He greets you at the door with the happiest cries, genuine excitement, & huge booty wiggles. When we come home, even if we were only gone for 10 min, he will always have one of our shoes in his bed for snuggling. He cuddles you when you're sad, celebrates with you when you're happy, & loves to sleep-in to get his beauty rest. Most importantly, like most Americans, there is nothing he wouldn't do for cheese.
