Neil is…. A weird little old man. He is 11 years old, very chunky, loves butt smacks, and likes nibbling on my fingers.

Learn MoreNeil’s favorite toy is his scratcher, especially after he uses the bathroom. A few times a day, Neil can be heard using the bathroom and then sprinting through the house to his scratcher, and then off sprinting again.
Neil’s most unique quality is his love for butt smacks. He will chase me and my fiancee down and give us a few ankle smacks and “mrows” until we bend down and smack his butt. He sticks his butt high up, tail straight in the air, and his face to the ground. He is so odd.
Neil should be America’s Favorite because he is an adorable old man that deserves the world. We don’t know much about where he came from, my fiancée and I rescued him from a humane society when he was 9 years old, he’s now 11. We think he may have come from an older persons home who may have passed away or been unable to continue taking care of him. When we first found him, we were planning on adopting a kitten, but his little old man face convinced us otherwise.
