Neo is a good judge of character. He has had some anxiety since he was a puppy, and although he is not aggressive in any way, he needs time to warm up to someone before he feels comfortable. With certain people, he opens up right away, and it is a beautiful thing to see
I think we can all relate to anxiety, especially with everything going on in the world today. Neo represents something that can be difficult to live with, yet is still warm, sweet, and full of love.
