What is America's Favorite Pet?

What's your cat’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Nina loves to chase a string on a stick through the house, but her absolute favorite activity is mole hunting in the back yard. She is fast and precise, and she always brings us her mole “treats.” She runs like a cheetah and can jump over any obstacle in her way. She frequently asks for Temptations treats and is quick to steal chicken breast or turkey off your plate if you’re not looking! She enjoys challenging herself by jumping onto the highest shelf or window ledge she can find.

What is your cat's most unique quality?

Nina purrs at the slightest touch, follows us everywhere, communicates frequently and is always up for a snuggle session. She is a skilled hunter and loves to show off her feline athleticism. She loves affection and lets us know she is grateful that we rescued her.

Why should your cat be America’s Favorite?

Nina is a ride-or-die family member who is like a cat and a dog rolled into one agile feline body. She shows her love and affection by giving us soft bites, kisses and head butts. She stayed by our side when our beloved Great Pyrenees passed away last year and mourned with us through that difficult time. Since then she has taken on the role as guardian of the house. When she looks at us I get the sense that she knows exactly what we’re thinking. We can’t imagine life without her!
