Nova Jade has an unhealthy obsession with carbs and will attempt to steal bread at any opportunity, despite being on a strict cat-food-only diet. Her approved favorites are tuna (any form), salmon & cranberry treats, and her beloved toy, Snakey, which she got at the shelter and still sleeps with every night.
Nova Jade is extraordinarily cuddly. I’d never had a cat before and always heard they weren’t affectionate, but she proved everyone wrong. She seeks out touch, closeness, and connection constantly. Even the vet commented on how unusually friendly, calm, and brave she is. She doesn’t just accept love, she actively gives it.
Nova Jade was my first foster and instantly chose me. She came into my life during a time when I needed healing, comfort, and unconditional love, and she gave me all of it.
