Just one month ago, Opal was at a shelter with only two days left to live. The shelter was extremely over capacity, so all animals were only on their website for a week before being put down. I drove over two hours to get her as soon as I could. She was very sick from the shelter being overpacked, had parasites and skin rashes. But now she’s doing a lot better!
