She’s rescued from a backyard breeder. She was a very scared dog and now she’s a new dog! Sassy, loves hiking, beach, stubborn & snuggly!

She’s very resilient and expressive personality. She’s super gentle & feminine & sensitive but also tough 💪, she’s been through a lot but keeps going with very sweet spirit
Penny should be America’s Favorite Dog because she embodies resilience, heart, and pure love. Despite physical challenges (she had knee surgery, also soft palate resection), she greets each day with determination, humor, and a gentle spirit. Her quirky personality brings joy to all of us and hopefully to America!
