Is her ability to still love everyone she meets after the horrible life she previously had that we rescued her from and it all is because of the giant heart that she has.
Because after the horrible life that she had previously that she was rescued from she still has a giant heart and is still able to love everyone and anyone she meets even strangers!! Penny is a great example of Americas favorite pet bc she chooses to love still over everything else!
