His heterochromia (2 different colored eyes) make him look like two different dogs depending on which side you’re viewing him from.
Peppercorn should be America’s favorite because he believes everyone is his best friend! Freshly 11 years old, he has the energy and excitement of a 1 year old puppy, with the chill-ness and love of cuddles that comes with having an elderly pet. Everyone who meets him falls in love instantly, he is just too adorable!
