Persy is a very sweet pup who due to no issues of his own had a rough start to life. He was surrendered to the shelter with a broken leg where he was then adopted and returned 4 times in his first year and a half of life. Once we met him we knew he would be ours forever and he has now been with us for 2.5 years.
