He doesn't meow he chirps and coos. Like a bird or baby. He's the only one who does it. Brother's meow like normal cats.
He's handsome, so soft, so sweet, he communicates so differently, He is a such a good boy. I also love his markings. Mother abandoned him and siblings I had to bottle raise them and Presley was the smallest. He fought and pulled thru now he's the biggest of all his brothers.
