What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Remington, a.k.a. our Big Red loves the colder temps. He enjoys playing in the snow, although he will stay outside in the summer with his family, or sit poolside if where we are. As he doesn't really have a favorite go- to dog toy, he'd prefer an empty plastic jug of any kind, or a stick from our many trees. He loves to help us pick up sticks and play in the leaves in the fall. his favorite treat is a collagen chew or chicken Jerky!

What is your dog's most unique quality?

His ability to watch TV His first encounter was at 3 months old we discovered as we had a movie on with horses and he followed them across the screen until they disappeared and he tried to figure out just where they went? He actually went up into the next room looking, it was quite funny to witness. He mostly enjoys watching children, and any movie that tells a story or plays music. At bedtime I play soothing ocean music on the TV, so he knows it's time to go to sleep. He's a gentle giant.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

Remington is a gentle soul. Our first granddaughter was introduced to him in 2023 and he was the sweetest, he'd put his head on hers while she sat up in her chair at age 3 months. He is very gentle, & knows that when he's around her and plays easy. He loves people and loves to run, is dog friendly to all dogs & people. We pray daily that our holistic treatment for his cancer will give us more time or maybe we will get our miracle?! No dog should have to fight to survive this battle!
