Rosie is very smart and can understand and respond to commands.
She is a sweet rescue that had a hard life. She is a very loving and funny girl. Rosie loves everyone and is always running to the next person for scratches. When Rosie gets excited she will hop around the house like a bunny rabbit, and will zoom all around. Rosie loves to play fetch, and when someone can't throw the ball for her she has learned to throw it in the air herself so she can chase it.
