What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

His favorite toy is a tug rope. But since his lil legs are so fragile needless to say, he always wins! He'll pull you allllll the way to the other side of the room THEN lay down spread eagle and wait for you to 'superman' drag him across the floor! All while he's waggin his tail like crazy! It's so adorable to see!

What is your dog's most unique quality?

Besides his snow white coat, the darkest eyes I've ever seen, his shorter than average bat ears (cutting a dogs ears is just cruel) and his wonky legs... I'd say his fierce and unwavering loyalty to me...his momma. I've been fostering dogs my whole adult life and I've never felt such a connection. When he uses that big beautiful black nose or his bat sonar ears...whether its my old truck, whistle or playing hide n seek...he always finds me! I am his home.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

When people see a "beautiful" dog its usually a perfect one. The ones with no physical issues. Well, Ryder is more than perfect to me and I'm so grateful to have him in my life. So I guess what I'm trying to say is...if you judge a book by its cover you'll never discover the amazing story that's inside. I would like to share that story with the world. Who knows...maybe it'll help people adopt more 'ugly books'! Haha
