Sable will do anything for cheese. Anything. She's still learning about toys, but she's mastered the art of stealing socks and hoarding them in her kennel. Her tiny paws running away with her prize are always a dead giveaway!
Sable is one-of-a-kind! She lounges on the couch in the most bizarre positions, snores loud enough to shake the earth, and makes these deep groaning sounds that honestly resemble a whale. At first we were concerned, especially after everything she'd been through, but the vet assured us she's just really relaxed.
Sable embodies resilience and second chances. Found abandoned in the Arizona desert, dying from sepsis, she fought back to life and learned what love means. Now this mini German Shepherd howls with pure joy when people arrive (delivery drivers think she's being murdered—she's just excited!). She'll lean against you, rest her paws on you, sniff gently, then drift back to her bed. Sable's a survivor who deserves to shine.
