Sloan’s most unique quality is his love and protectiveness. I think since the moment I took him home he understood that he will be loved and protected, and maybe that’s why he reciprocating those feelings. He will give you love whenever you need it and will always stay by your side. It’s always been him and I against the world.
I know he is not a purebred dog, but he is a very special dog. He came into my life when I was at my lowest and changed my life completely for the best. It’s been a wild, crazy, fun adventure since I adopted him. There’s never a dull moment when he is present. He is the dog that came into my life in my 20s, grew up with me, loving me through the chaos, the mistakes, and the becoming. He sees every version of me and stays anyway.
