Smokey Joe has a heart big enough for every human and dog he meets. He radiates kindness, gentleness, and pure affection. He is, simply, a love bug.
Smokey Joe should be America’s Favorite Dog because he’s a symbol of second chances. After spending his first five years as a breeder dog, he was rescued scared and unsure, but still full of love.
