Honestly sparky in general is his own unique quality he does so many funny things
I can't say for sure why besides the fact he is a very lovable dog no matter who comes around or what animal comes around sparky will love it even if it's 10 times smaller than him he still tries playing there's definitely a lot of other dogs that deserve to win I only hope you pick sparky because unfortunately I'm low income and can't really afford to get him what he loves and wants and with the money he would win I could get him anything he can imagine of having 🙂
