He can’t meow. But he does make a very unique squeak when he wants to be fed or needs a treat!
Steve should be America’s favorite because he was adopted and returned to the Flagstaff Humane Society when he was 8 weeks old for being “too much.” Even though he is the sweetest, friendliest, and cuddliest cat on the planet! He also has a list of people who are willing to take him if anything happens to me haha (some are not even cat people) they just fall in love with Steve.
