Stuart can force himself to cry when he wants food. He will squeeze his little eyes together and tears will come out.
Stuart should be America's favorite dog because he has the most personality packed into a tiny little package. Every person that meets him, even before protesting that they are not a fan of little dogs, ends up falling in love with him and his sass.
